RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS + NO RESTOCKING FEES. YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FULFILLMENT TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-7 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse based on the volume of returns. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Send us an email to [email protected] and list the following information:

  • Item number
  • Size
  • Color
  • $ Amount of return
  • Reason for return
  • Order number

Once you complete the Returns process via email to us we will email you a confirmation document to enclose with the returnable item. Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the Packing Slip are included in the SAME package.

Please include the original invoice along with the APPROVED items.  Final sale items do not qualify for return.

Item must be unworn, tags attached and intact as originally installed, free from soil or perfume.

Item must be mailed to Studio 28210 within 14 days of original ship date.  Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don’t issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale + Jewelry.
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
  • All Jewelry sales are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for Returns.
  • We do not offer exchanges, as our items sell out very quickly. When you receive your Store Credit via email you may purchase the item you would like online.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  • Store Credit does not expire.
  • We do not cover Return Shipping
  • In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Care department on our Contact Page.

  • Include your Invoice and Eligible Items in the Return Package.
  • Once the Return is delivered to our Warehouse, it takes 3-7 Business Days for our Team to process, then we will email you an E-Gift Card with store credit.
